It's the people who value you and respect you despite of differences.

I believe that the friendship that we have built and the trust to work together in order for us to be the best team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Standards provided by the campaign and workload are not reasonable enough to give us this kind of salary. It would be better if they have provided us more incentives especially if they're asking us a high standards performance.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Management needs to listen to the voices of their employees especially when talking about hitting the target KPI's. Giving the highest standards on the scorecard is not appropriate at all. It gives employees stress and reason to leave the job.
