They are kind, friendly and easy to asked about work related stuffs.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It's just that the workload and the targets are much higher than we are getting paid for. It's hard already to assist 1 customer how much more 2-3 and given the targets that we should hit, it makes us really pressured. I think it would be somehow fair if we could get more and higher incentives.
