Workload is bigger than the salary.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
As of now fast approval of loan. Nothing more.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Toxic environment. Very far from when I begun working is Task Us.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything. Be a great leader and not a boss. Be mindful of each and everyone’s needs and care
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Everything is wrong. UL should be auto approve but managers, team leads etc are doing it differently. We deserve our planned leave as we are the soldiers of the field. Agents are getting reprimanded by leaders fault. Process is not organize and everyone is not calibrated. Lot more concern
