If there is good compensation and applied to all employees.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The team other than that I do not see any positive things anymore.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because external hires have good compensation than internal hires. Also the compensation are not applicable to all employees like the scholarship.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Be better on considering employees when implementing new rules. Taskus was the best but when the new executive team arrived the culture changed. Supports are also not prioritized.
