The team and my friends that I am working with. They are only reason.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The only positive environment is the people I am currently with. other than that. There's none.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Good thing. I am currently part of the best supervisor and Om in my management, They are one of the reason why I am still here in taskus. Kudos to Mary Cheen Leosala and Pau Bucu for being a great leader.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The management itself should listen to the agents voices, Specially when it comes to the target KPI, Most importantly the targets are way to HIGH to the point most of the team mates decided to leave the company due to the pressure and stress,
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Imagine of getting a lot of work load but being paid for a small amount of compensation. And the fact that the company only offer a annual appraisal base on your performance despite of giving your best but you were unable to hit the target, so you wont be eligible for the appraisal.
