What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Learning sessions are available and we meet bi-monthly to collaborate with the group.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
All of the daily necessity needs have increased it's price since pandemic but until now our pay are still low compared to other companies with same position. If we can be aligned with above average salary versus the market.
