To be honest TaskUs is really different from my previous companies that I have worked before. The working environment, benefits. However, with the workload itself, it feels that I am underpaid. I am looking forward for more incentives, salary increase, and quarterly bonuses.

The company is really exemptional from my previous center. However, the compensation is way different amongst other company. It seems teammates were underpaid / the salary is not really competitive compare from my other center experience.

I feel that I am being underpaid since I have so much LOBs handling from my campaign and the amount of salary is not really adequate
