at the start of my journey with the company, I had a really good time and enjoyed it but during this year, it has been tough and challenging which the though of resigning comes to my mind

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
other companies are offering better benefits and compensation ,increase in salary, bonus . The only thing that prevents me from resigning is the hassle of starting over

basic salary has been stagnant since 2020 with the exception of annual increase which is based on performance as compared to other BPO, plus healtcare provider has been downgraded, before we just present our card but now we have to wait for "authorization" and we have to schedule our check ups
