Be compassionate to your agents. Stop forcing them to work when they don't feel well.

The OM will make you feel uncomfortable if you're not passing the score and wants you to overwork yourself when you're not even getting paid fairly
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Management. This is the worst company I've ever worked with. Especially OM DM. Toxic and has the worst attitude. Wants agents to work even if they're sick.
