What are some of the best things about your team?
Even though it's very queuing, we still have each others to rant and to laugh with.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to listen to their teammates more. Headcounts are beginning to drop due to poor management. Campaign is great, easy to work with.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think teammates need more recognition when they hit the KIPs. Our management seems to be more attentive towards outside activities when in fact, teammates want their bonuses to be credited directly to payroll.
