We help each other when there are very limited support from our leads and SME's
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to revised their policies and they need to review their way of handling their employees as our campaign's head count is continuously dropping due to teammates resigning.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a blended teammate we handle a lot of the campaign's customer interaction chat/calls/emails> when the volume of reach outs is really we high we are the only ones that are working the most, but our pays are the same as the LOB's that are more like back office and does not work that much.
