I am only satisfied with the HMO benefits of the company, nothing more.

I like the bonding within our team.

The salary and cascading of updates.

We don't have skills allowance.

We can still get the job done even though our team leader is not around.

We don't have skill allowance and I don't think it matches the stress that we have in our campaign or work.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We feel that we lack support as we are always late from updates. Our team leader is not always around, either she's working from home or sick.
