At first, it was wonderful, But now disappointed I don't believe our leaders
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have a nice culture but no longer practiced by leaders
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We need new leaders who believed in the culture, They should be passionate. They should embrace it
What are some of the best things about your team?
Well for the old Corp team dis-organized, and Dis-oriented, For my new team new beginning awaits and this will start something new. I am excited
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Now I am disappointed with how things are being managed, I am referring to my Corporate Recruitment Leaders, They lack judgment and justification for our inquiries, and have No explanations on the why's. Until this very day, I haven't received my WFMN. None of the leaders are practicing the culture,
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Well I saw other companies offer better packages, My tenure ship is not valued, our redeployment made us demoted, and Leaders failed to explain the measurement of who stays and who's not. They said it's not based on performance or tenureship. So where it was based on? We were treated unfairly
