Overall the work environment is very good, coworkers are fun to be with , staff and cleaning crew are friendly its just that the compensation and the opportunity to earn more can use improvement, hoping the company considers to compensate the teammates who have been here long.

The company provides amazing benefits for the employees and a great work environment but at the end of the day the pay should be atleast feel a little more awarding.

Taskus has been a fun and challenging experience, largely due to my coworkers. They push me to improve every day, making the work environment dynamic and engaging. However, there is a concern regarding compensation. Despite everyone performing similar tasks, there seems to be a disparity in pay.

It would be great if we raise the salary of tenured teammates or match it with the same rate as the metro sites

The compensation is exactly just enough, to live paycheck to paycheck due to the inflation and all, working for TaskUs for 5 years and I think I speak for everyone who has been working as long or longer than me that we should be receiving increases
