even though we are from different LOB we can still bond as 1 team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Since the annual salary increase happen just couple of years ago. I haven't receive any salary increase before. I just experience the increase this year. Hopefully they can do adjustment on those who are on longer year of service. Maybe they can have a salary bracket base on the year of service.
