It's the first company I've been that I feel comfortable with. It's just that the commute have been too much for me that it affects my work itself. However, I stay on the company because I like it. It's tolerable. Just the commute. No.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I just don't vibe with most of them, tbh. Doesn't really affect my work as I am an introvert.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like they they're very encouraging and transparent about the goals that each individual should have and will eventually impact the whole company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think that in terms of the job itself, I'm being treated fairly. However, I travel 2-3 hours away max to get into the office. I think the compensation will truly be worth it if I will be granted a work-from-home set-up.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Every day commute is a challenge. I understand that 70% of employees must be working in the office. I start work already exhausted. Even under that circumstance, I have a really good performance. However, my health and mental health in itself it really being affected.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
A work-from-home set-up. I believe that I can work better in a remote environment. Allow more employees to be able to work from home and really access those who are already working from home. Consider the proximity of the teammates and swap them with those who are near the office.
