I love TaskUs and I'm more than proud to be working here but there are some things that needs work.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I'm satisfied with the company itself. I just think that, in our campaign specifically, they need to reevaluate the people they promote.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Unplanned leave and that's it for now
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The engagement activities are somewhat fun

Less drama and more on helping each other

People ethics. Basic ethics. I don't see taskus in some people here and it's sad
What makes you most happy at work?
Salary. Perhaps also my hopes that TaskUs will actually do better when it comes to checking their managers
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
In general, I'd say the changes in process needs to be more clear and should be disseminated properly.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There's nothing that I can say as for the moment but as per my previous experience, it wasn't very pleasant
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
TaskUs is people first and I can see that in some campaign and maybe some people but like I said in my previous responses, some people are abusing their power to the point that working with TaskUs is really demotivating.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I think people especially some managers need to reassess themselves when it comes to ethics and how they can inspire their people to do better because most teammates are being demotivated with their job because of some behavior displayed by some managers.
