Management should be more focused on helping the agents achieve their goals. Some of them don't seem to be aligned.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Increase basic salary as it needs to be at this point. NextGen scholarship must improve when it comes to the process and clear when released.
