TaskUs provided a vibrant culture with engaging activities early on. Recently, I've noticed a shift towards more LGBTQI-centered events, some micromanagement, and communication gaps. These changes present opportunities for improvement, ensuring inclusivity and effective management.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Established a team that is centered around having fun and performing at the same time.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The teammates I have cultured, Co-TLs and OMs that are helping me in my growth.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There are tons of things to mention but one thing that comes to mind is the intervention of executives in terms of operations side.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that my OM really cares for me, she goes out of her way to ensure that we were able to deliver and at the same time, having fun.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have friends from other companies and have had the chance to talk about their compensations in general. The workloads too doesn't compensate financially all the things we do for the campaign.
