
Not sure since I am working from home.
We have common goal which is to make great results.
The workload gets hard as time passes and compensation seems to be a bit low compared to the workload given to us.
Because we are working from home and that makes me happy since I can be with my family everyday even if I am working.
They need to do better by utilizing meetings for important updates. I also suggest that they should not be re-skilling teammates to other LOBs since it is confusing.
