The company offers work from home setup and that is the best thing about the company. Though compensation is not that fair, the company should be adding more compensation compared to the workload that we have been given.

Not sure since I am working from home.

We have common goal which is to make great results.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The workload gets hard as time passes and compensation seems to be a bit low compared to the workload given to us.
What makes you most happy at work?
Because we are working from home and that makes me happy since I can be with my family everyday even if I am working.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to do better by utilizing meetings for important updates. I also suggest that they should not be re-skilling teammates to other LOBs since it is confusing.
