Overall, it was nice. It is not always enjoyable and it is stressing, but my team makes it easier to go by. I feel unappreciated sometimes but work is work and business is business. I can say that the company is not the same as to when I first work here.

Health benefits is one of the best parts of my compensation package. Also, the assurance that we can still avail incentives.

Our team is a family. We treat each other with care and love and is not going to leave anyone behind.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive culture and environment I greatly appreciate is the continuous improvement. People cannot be the same, there should always be something to improve.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I understand that it is a competitive field but you have to give more consideration to the people. Not just hear then but understand them as well. Fight for them. Without them, the business is nothing anyways.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like how they engage us in every step of the way. But some leaders are just expecting too much to the point that it is already nearly impossible to achieve and if achieved only a small group of people can do it.
