At first, I really am happy with TaskUs including my previous TL, Oms (year 2018-2019). But as 2020 enter, it seems that the TaskUs culture was starting to change. TLs are getting worst, management does not regularly discuss what's happening on LOB (Messaging In-app, IRT Lite, IIT).

Well, I can say that we really help each other.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being transparent on what is happening on LOB, FAIR and eliminate being or having BIASES.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think it's time for TaskUs to have an annual increase mandatory for its employees.
