my current team seems to look out for one another

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

To be honest, it's hard to look at anything positively when the company drains all of your motivation to work

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Actually follow the "supposed" meaning of the company's policy of frontliners first instead of using newly hired employees as cannon fodders for balancing out overstaffing an LOB then distributing them to different LOBS to meet a particular demand in queue.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

In under 6mos of employment I have been moved to 5 different LOBs. I have been training in and out of different responsibilities with each time giving my all but ending up being moved again. I have been a jack of all trade, but a master of none in this company so far, I CANNOT MOVE UP BC OF THIS
