Overall, it's very good. Excellent though. It's just really the salary that makes me think sometimes if I want to stay.

The work itself and the people around me; my co workers, supervisor and manager.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think the most positive for me is that we are a "People First" company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It seems that the salary that we have now is quite low compared to other BPO companies in the same province. We are also handling different LOBs in our campaign; not just one. I hope the company can give us salary increase. But I'm also grateful with our merit increase annually.
