6/10 with okay to good benefits but the SALARY really needs an INCREASE especially with the inflation rate

yes I feel undervalued. If they will increase employees basic salary especially with the inflation rate
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
increase salary aside from merit increase. our current salary can no longer keep up with the current inflation rate and not everyone can be promoted. also they dont really promote the employee but just do apprentice then after 3 months, they will be back as regular teammates
