It's okay though I do feel like my concerns with the issue with the HMO was never addressed properly.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Free food when onsite and the design of the office is nice.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
So far all of the people have I met have been really good and nice. The leadership team has been kind and approachable.
What are some of the best things about your team?
So far they all seem friendly though I can't 100% say if I will like all of them if I meet them in person.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like that you can get a free HMO right away to the annoying part about it is that my dependent was not able to use it because they kept saying her follow-up check up was related to a pre-existing condition despite her not being sick/ill/diagnosed with anything.
