It was good at first but with all the demands needed from their frontline, it's getting discouraging by the day.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Workload too much for the compensation we're getting.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My colleagues and my TL.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are most of the reason why I'm still sticking around. We have each others back as much as possible and we act as a unit on most occassion.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Even though our TL doesn't pressure us too much on the stats we need to juggle, with the high numbers we're required to keep, it's really demotivating especially with the compensation we're getting.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Lessen the workload or increase the compensation for the amount of jobs we're required to handle per day. I'm also told that I'll need to wait until opening of enrollment for my upcoming baby to be registered as my dependent which is weird.
