Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
well comparing with other BPO companies you would really see the pay discrepancies. even with a similar process, like none-voice some companies would offer more.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I like that even if we don't belong to the same wave and we have not seen everyone face to face we respect and look out for one another
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like how appreciative they are, and also how transparent they are with changes and updates. Open door policy is being practiced and even if we are working from home you can feel the great work dynamic that they want to champion.
