TaskUs is much better compared to other BPOs I've been with. Although, salary could be improved overall the benefits and environment will make you want to work with TaskUs.

we all work together to make our work life a little easier
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love my colleagues. They make everyday work life more fun. I also love the facilities in CHR, specially the gym.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think LOB allowance should be provided to all teammates. We would understand if others has it higher than us, so long as there's allowance considering the inflation.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My Team Leader, Fritz Jerald Barrios is by far the best supervisor I've had since I joined the BPO industry in 2020. He knows how to build human connection while still being professional.
