The good working environment, nice facilities around.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Good management, positive environment, food forward and free parking.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have team meetings, team lunch and team building. We have good working relationship with my co teammates.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team provides updates on a timely manner. If there are any changes to be implemented they explain the reason for the changes.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My salary in 2016 is still the same at present. I hope there should be an increase in salary or allowance due to current inflation rate.
