This coming Aug 23, 2023, will be my 5th year here at taskus. Overall was just nice.. Not good and not bad.. There are times when you feel like your worth in the company doesn't matter but it changes at times. Especially with all the movement that we have without LOB. It's devastating at times

Transparency when it comes to changes - To have sympathy with their employee that struggle with not just work but with their personal life
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Yes, give the annual appraisal with or without passing the scorecard. Because employees who have stayed loyal to the company for more than a year (like me for 5 years) deserve the annual increase. Give also enough compensation for SME's and TL's because they deserve them
