Retirement savings should give to all 5 years and above tenure. No need to wait for another 5 years as they deserve to receive a reward for their commitment and loyalty to the company. Work from home is at least a must if you wouldn't want your teammates demand for monetary since we're dealing with

None. Bring back the TaskUs' culture way back in 2015.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
All of them felt underpaid. They are not happy anymore.

Change the management and bring back the TaskUs culture we had way back in 2015.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I am no longer excited to go to work because of my salary. I also don't want to resign because I believe that TaskUs could done more and improve in the future.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our DEMINIS AND BASIC PAY IS NOT WORTH IT ANYMORE! Minimum wages of the non-private companies already increased. Please increase our PAY since inflation is rising. Since work from home setup is not feasible, why don't you give teammates an extra budget for transportation fares since the expenses?
