TaskUs is indeed a non-toxic and a friendly environment, however it saddens me how they manage salary appraisal and basic pays including giving of paid leaves and sick leaves.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Should have had compensated fairly as it seems newbies with no experience have higher basic pay also the demand of the clients and performance incentive is not that good
