What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Activities are all-inclusive, always! Call center environments are often difficult to power through, but TaskUs has always made it easy to get along with everyone and brings us all together.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Every day is another opportunity to grow, and there is a lot of ambition to grow amongst my peers and our teammates. Am super excited to see where everyone goes :)
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Just came from the San Antonio team to the New Braunfels team! I love the unanimity of open culture, the mindset to work hard AND have fun, as well as the support that my management team provides.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
When offered this position at the NBTX site, I was offered an increase to my previous salary to compensate for the extended journey. My drive is roughly an hour going to work, and almost two hours going home, so I seriously appreciate the consideration here!
