I'm so thankfull for the oppurtunity. As OFW before, this is my first time to have a permanent/regular job here in my country, The Philippines. Im so have to have this oppurtunity. and hopefully i will stay here forever.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Skill allowance, and for having an voluntary savings.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Culture in task us are very positive and light. I dont feel any pressure from HR or any department. Atlantis is very active in all activity. but i dont join. haha. but im happy for those activity, just an audience.
What makes you most happy at work?
I have best friend at work(daps). and we rant to each other about the issues in our team specially to one nega TM(janna). but its only for the two of us. then we help each other in term of working related.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are so kind to the point that even my co- teammates are sometimes rude to them, they still not get any desiplinary actions. Its good to have very kind and light and calm TL or OM but as for my team, most of my co- teamates are taking advantage.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
hmmm. as for me, I try to suggestto have a better team work, i even give a motivational quotes to team so they become positive but, i have teammate, (janna) that is so negative, very toxic. I really dont like her attitude. she giving our team negativity. our productivity was affected
