Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The compensation in terms of current salary is fine however, the annual appraisal capping which has been applied seems unfair to me. It restricts your CTC to increase eventually, this may benefit the Org from Cost Optimization perspective but it doesn't increase the value of professional in market
