Interacting with members who need help and I love to help people and especially when you give the 100 percent and member is so happy and you hear wonderful kind words and you now you made a different
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
with inflation rising by month in food and rents and gas and etc.. it would be wonderful to earn a more reasonable compensation. when an employee is valued and receives a more reasonable compensation it reduces stress from personal life which wont affect the work environment.
