It is a good company but shift timings should get changed also the transport team should start calling the employer 30 min before their pickups

Their should be some good incentive plans for their employer to motivate being the best
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I sometimes get late due to office cab, our transport team should call us 30 min prior asking if we are coming to office or not
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing is that, the company really thing about its employee, means company is really employee centric. Which is the best positive thing about this company!!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
There is noting best, the package is just fine. What I suggest is that, employee should have a little much more incentive plans as incentive, boosts our confidence also increase interest in doing work.
