Change the Operations Director because as what the other agents told me. It was all his fault

we are experiencing the pain together as chime management take advantage of the business side always and forget the agents

In every work added there should be an increase in compensation unlink in chime management another work added but no increase in compensation

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
