What is the best part about your compensation package?
On top of the competitive benefits that cover my whole family, I am extremely grateful that I am paid fairly based on my acquired skills.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love the fact that this company is focused on the well-being of its employees. The benefits cover the whole family of each individual, the workload is not heavy, it's not your typical BPO setup. It's not a toxic environment. The support and leadership team really exercise the people first approach
