I'm still relatively new here and yet to be regularized, but so far in 5 months I was already deployed so there is a sense of insecurity

I'm relatively new about 8 months now and had 2 accounts handled, so far I'd say good however accounts are not that stable

they are competitive in a good way

the immediate supervisors I've worked with are approachable
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The basic salary are too low

I guess the outreach program

the collaboration within our team

showed effort during transition when we have to be redeployed

same with my previous company, TU also have outreach programs that give back to communities

it my first time working in a content moderation campaign, it feels I'm doing good

since we are the first batch to a new account everyone is doing their best to provide quality of work and good impression to keep the client
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
at this day and age the basic pay is way to low compared to other companies, hoping it would be higher and not feel like it is comparable to minimum wage
