Task us has been a great company to work for. There is several appreciation events that go on almost every month. People are free to be who they are. Everyone is willing to help one another.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People really can be whoever they want. There is no judgement.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love my schedule. I get to do work on my own and I am not micromanaged.
What are some of the best things about your team?
People are really nice and supportive. They are always willing to help with any questions and they are not selfish with knowledge.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My current manager is quick to take care of things when needed. She always responds to messages and if she does not know an answer she find out.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe loyalty and dedication is important. I think those people should be rewarded with a raise if they are showing up on time and doing what they are supposed to be doing.
