they do not respect the knowledge their employees have. They do not listen to the employees. They are lying. Salary is one of the worst and atmosphere is droping from day to day. Worst c ompany I ever worked for. Just looking to go further and forget about them

we have one of the lowest salary in croatia. The only thing you can do is to pay same salarary as other companies on the market.

Think a bit more about the employees and they should understand that TM is the basis of this company. If they are not satisfied taskus will not grove..>..
