TaskUs is marketed in social media as a fun working space and I'm indeed proud of myself and happy for the opportunity that I'm now working under TaskUs. What only bothers me is that even though I've been with the company for more than 2 years, I'm still unable to move to a closer site from my home.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Though I can say that I'm still happy, my gripe is about the salary alignment with the Molino site and regarding the annual increase being only solely based in monthly scorecards. An employee's work ethics and relationship with superiors and other teammates should be considered as well.

Work environment is inclusive and at times, fun.

They are approachable and they have a positive aura.

They are supportive enough for me to be able to do my tasks.

Thankful that TaskUs was able to give me an opportunity to be their employee.

They are transparent whenever necessary changes and/or adjustments have to be made for the betterment of the campaign.

Other than getting paid for the job, I'm happy to be able to contribute positively to my team's KPI's/score.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Inclusivity about others sexual orientation and fashion preferences. By working with different types of people, we are able to better understand others perspective in life.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Annual increase is solely based in scorecards, which I think is NOT good. The supervisor/manager, as well as colleagues, should have a 'say' to the annual increase. An employee's work ethics and relationship (towards colleagues and superiors) should be look into as well.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've been with TaskUs for a few years now and I keep pushing to be moved to our GRN site since it's only walking distance from our home. I now feel I'm 'stuck' and it feels like the management doesn't value what will make the life of the employees easier, added that the pay/salary there is higher.
