easy to get along even though shy. mature and understanding. funny and make things light for the team.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

basic salary is very low, expenses are not being met, no savings at all. it's like living every day just for work, like salary is just for work expenses, no savings at all for personal goals. about benefits suggestion, maybe some kind of allowance for helping TMs with their goals like hobbies, etc.
