What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

I like how diverse and inclusive the company is.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

I appreciate the small incentives (and large ones given in drawings/raffles, though I have not personally won one), and the pay for my current campaign is decent.

What are some of the best things about your team?

My teammates are all very willing to help and very nice when I am helping them. The comradery among the other phone agents I work with is incredibly helpful and one of the best parts about coming to work.

What makes you most happy at work?

Getting to help people. I love knowing how to fix errors or figure out what needs to be done and assisting others in implementing the necessary measures. I absolutely love when I'm able to explain things and help others to learn and understand better.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I like that more recently they have started trying to be more thorough and transparent with communication. I also like that they care about us as individuals and try to help work with us when we are sick or having other problems outside of work.
