They take ownership of even things that are out of their scope

Being able to create better processes, to make my team more efficient.

That they, for the most part, are transparent with how decisions are made.

Leaders are mostly transparent, letting employees know why and how decisions are made.

My co-workers, the work that I do, the challenges to make processes better.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I honestly think mine is above industry standard for someone so new in the position. Also I get more than just a 13th month pay.
