The company is good but it could be better if they maintain the people first culture instead of forcing teamates to do multi LOB due to shortage of teammates.

Being family like and always keep on helping one another.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The salary is too low with the task they are giving to the teammates.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The positive culture I can still see is giving the privilege to still Work from home.
What makes you most happy at work?
The thing that make me happy and encourage me to go to work is my current Team.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to bring back the people first culture because most of the teammates already noticed that we no longer have that people first culture which most of us holding on to be with the company.
