With the work we do, recognition and compensation should go hand in hand

The concentration of some of the most skilled people in this field of work

They put a lot of effort into really making sure that we can focus on our work

The people that are hired into a higher position are not really filtered or at least put into a standard
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Introducing theirselves first, I don't have any idea who they are. Only then will I be able to provide a solid mark.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Higher compensation, basic salary is so low that when we go on leave, we basically earn nothing. incentives are all well and good, but make the basic pay higher

provide metric based incentive. I think if the quality of my work is better than the quality of work others output I should be compensated better. Instead of overall ranking incentive.
