Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A raise after the length of time I have been here instead of being paid the same as people who just got out of training It is nerve racking not knowing if my job is secure from one day to the next On times when we are "forced" to have mandatory overtime, some kind of compensation would feel valued
